The Housing Navigation program offers one-on-one support for residents who need help understanding their housing options, available programs, and next steps.
In October, 2024 the Harwich Affordable Housing Trust selected an organization through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to work with in starting a rental assistance program to Harwich residents, people who work in Harwich, or have children in the Monomoy school district. The Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT) program is a State program that provides short-term emergency funding to help with different emergency housing expenses such as eviction, foreclosure, loss of utilities, and more.
